Meena creates multi-channel video installations that are responsive to live performance, spatial architecture, set design, and improvisational scores. Meena usually triggers images live, improvising with live performers and audience members. Meena has created video projection worlds for choreographers/directors such as d. Sabela grimes, Marjani Forte-Saunders, taisha paggett, Lionel Popkin, Sita Frederick, Chris Emile, Nicole Klaymoon/Embodiment Project, D'Lo, Post Natyam Collective, and others. Meena also directs, co-directs, shoots and/or edits films; some credits include CAÑA, A BLUEPRINT, Destroy + Rebuild, Parable of Power, Sanaa, AdiSea Dawning, Puja Remixed, Deeqa’s Song, Trunk in Transit, Terre, Towards the Sun, Le chasseur du vent, Interval ). Meena also continues to provide video documentation and editing services for live events, dance performances, music concerts, theater venues, directors, choreographers, etc.
